VOICE · INTENT · CONTEXT · ACTION · OUTCOME

A voice agent that understands why people call — and finishes the job.

Callers say what they need in their own words. The agent grasps the intent, finds the right process and carries out the action — in natural Serbian, with no menu to sit through.

  • From 7 RSDper minute
  • 24/7answers calls
  • Natural Serbianno foreign accent
  • 37+ languageson the platform

The platform supports more than 37 languages. This demonstration scenario is prepared in three: Serbian, English and Russian.

Conversation flow

One call, from voice to a completed action

  1. VOICEThe caller speaks plainlyNo menu, no scripted phrases.
  2. INTENTThe agent grasps the reasonWhy they called, not which digit.
  3. CONTEXTIt pulls history and the orderRemembers earlier conversations.
  4. ACTIONIt does what was askedReschedules, books, opens a request.
  5. OUTCOMEIt leaves a structured resultA confirmation and a record, not just audio.

THE FIRST LINE

Say what you need — without “press 5”.

The caller states the task in their own words and the agent gets straight to work. A voice menu demanded the opposite: compress a real problem into one option, and pay for the time it takes to read them out.

How it works today

  • The caller listens to a long menu to the end
  • Waits for the option closest to their question
  • The line is already open and being billed
  • The caller spends their own time navigating
  • The menu does not understand why they called

With VMTech Voice AI

  • The caller states the request in their own words
  • The agent grasps the intent behind the sentence
  • It finds the process that resolves that request
  • It carries out the action within the same call
  • It keeps the context for the next call

MEMORY AND AUTOMATION

What happens between the ring and the record in your system

The agent does not start every call from scratch. It recognises the caller, pulls their history and works with your business data during the conversation.

  1. CALLAn inbound call arrivesIt reaches the company line.
  2. RECOGNITIONThe agent recognises the callerBy the number they call from.
  3. HISTORYIt pulls earlier conversationsThe caller repeats nothing.
  4. DATAIt opens the order or recordCRM, schedule, knowledge base.
  5. ACTIONIt does what was askedReschedules, books, opens a request.
  6. CONFIRMATIONIt confirms the outcomeClearly, within the same call.
  7. RECORDIt leaves a structured resultReady for analysis.

In plain terms

  • Remembers the caller’s earlier conversations
  • Does not ask them to start over
  • Works with your business data
  • Can change an order, open a request, book, notify
  • Switches to the caller’s language
  • Leaves a structured result after the call

PROVEN IN PRACTICE

Three deployments we are able to talk about

Two customers are under a non-disclosure agreement, so names and technical details stay closed. Only figures we can substantiate appear here.

Network of medical centres, GermanyName withheld under NDA

Eighteen thousand euros a year went on callers listening to a menu

≈ €18,000

a year on voice-menu navigation alone

≈ €1,500every month

Twelve identical months — not a one-off cost but a standing line item.

  • 8operators held the first line
  • ≈ 90 seccallers waited to reach the right option
  • ≈ €1,500a month in billed listening time

The voice agent identifies the reason for the call immediately and takes part of the routine load off the team.

We publish no savings percentage and make no claim that operators were cut or replaced: the team still works, what changed is the nature of the requests that reach it.

B2B bakery, BelgradeName withheld under NDA

The agent calls the outlets itself and merges their orders into one production plan

The only scenario on this page where the agent calls first. Every evening dozens of retail and hotel outlets have to be asked what to deliver tomorrow.

  1. 01CALLSThe agent calls retail and hotel outlets itself
  2. 02DEMANDIt establishes what is needed for the next day
  3. 03ITEMSIt takes the types and quantities of bread, rolls and fresh pastry
  4. 04ORDERSIt builds a structured order for each outlet
  5. 05PLANIt merges them into one production and delivery plan
  6. 06DELIVERYThe courier brings each outlet its agreed order

Volumes, percentages and financial figures stay closed. What is shown here is the structure of the process, not its result.

The VMTech voice agentComing soon

Our own agent answers questions about our services and helps fill in the brief

The feature is in preparation. It appears here so the direction is visible, not to declare it finished.

  • Knows the published information about VMTech
  • Grasps the caller’s intent and answers questions about services
  • With the caller’s permission, opens the relevant part of the site
  • Highlights the relevant block on the page
  • Helps fill in a draft of the project brief
  • Only the customer reviews and submits the form

We could show dozens more processes. But you are not here to watch how well it went for someone else. Let us make it go that well for you.

THE ARITHMETIC

Work out what the menu itself costs

While the caller listens to the options and picks one, the line is already open and being billed. Enter your own figures — the calculation shows the cost of navigation alone.

Optional. If you have your own estimate of what a caller’s waiting is worth.

  • 467 minminutes a month go into navigating the menu
  • 1,167 RSDthat is what it costs at your rate
  • 14,000 RSDa year at the same volume
  • 7.8 hhours of customer time per month
  • 36.4 callscalls per working day
What the first line changes
In the menu, before the request is stated35 s
The request is stated in the first seconds~4 s

Only the time up to the moment the request is formulated is compared. The cost of the whole conversation plays no part here.

Show the formula

minutes = calls × seconds ÷ 60

cost = minutes × rate

per year = cost × 12

hours = minutes ÷ 60

calls per day = calls ÷ working days

The calculation uses only the values you entered and shows the cost of menu navigation itself. It is not a promise of savings — the actual result depends on the scenario and the mix of requests.

LIVE DEMONSTRATION

Build your test order, then call the agent

Four steps so the agent knows who is calling and what order you hold. Then you call from the number you gave and hear it work with your data.

WHAT YOU CAN TEST ON THE CALL

You are calling an online store where you already have an order

The agent knows you by your number and sees the order you built. Below is what is worth trying and in what words. Speak freely: there are no scripted phrases.

01

Check the order status

The agent finds you by number and states the order number, items, status and the planned delivery window.

You can say

  • «Where is my order?»
  • «When is the delivery?»
  • «What is in the order?»
  • «Which active orders do I have?»

02

Move the delivery date or window

The agent checks the date is in the future, confirms the change and updates the order. On screen the old date is struck through and the new one appears beside it. For a date in the past the agent declines and offers the nearest allowed one.

You can say

  • «Move the delivery to another day»
  • «Can I have a morning window?»
  • «Repeat the new date»

03

Cancel an active order

If there is more than one order the agent asks which. After confirmation the status on screen changes to “Cancelled” and the agent gives the request number.

You can say

  • «Cancel the order»
  • «I have changed my mind»

04

Open a return for a delivered item

Say which item and what outcome you want: refund, replacement or repair. The agent asks the reason, creates the request and gives its number.

You can say

  • «I want to return an item»
  • «A replacement would be better»
  • «Can it be repaired?»

05

Report a fault

The agent decides whether technical help or a warranty request is needed. If instructions cannot solve it, it opens a request for repair, replacement or return.

You can say

  • «The microwave grill does not work»
  • «The printer will not connect to Wi-Fi»
  • «The television will not go online»

06

Get help with a device

The agent finds the instructions and walks you through short steps. Interrupt it, ask follow-ups, describe what you see on the device.

You can say

  • «Help me connect the printer to Wi-Fi»
  • «How do I set up the television?»
  • «How do I turn on that mode?»

07

Test handling of several orders

With more than one order or item the agent asks which one you mean. That shows it understands the data, rather than replaying a prepared dialogue.

You can say

  • «I have two orders»
  • «No, I meant the second one»

08

Switch language mid-call

The agent starts in the language you picked and switches to Serbian, Russian or English during the call. The platform supports 37+ languages; this scenario is prepared in three.

You can say

  • «Možemo li na srpskom?»
  • «Давайте по-русски»

09

Test memory and context

The agent remembers which order and item were discussed, understands corrections and does not make you repeat what you already said.

You can say

  • «Move it to Friday instead»
  • «No, I meant the second order»
  • «Leave the first one as it is»

10

Test how it handles annoyance

Sound irritated or complain. The agent acknowledges the problem, does not argue, explains what it has already done and names the next step.

You can say

  • «This is not acceptable»
  • «How much longer do I have to wait?»

What arrives by email after the call

The address you confirmed receives the full record of the conversation.

  • A short summary of the call
  • The full transcript
  • The call recording
  • A list of the orders that changed
  • The new delivery dates
  • Numbers of cancellation, return or repair requests
  • Any device instructions that were found

PRICING

You pay for minutes of conversation, not for seats

from 7 RSDper minute

The rate is counted per minute of conversation. An individual proposal depends on the scenario, the volume and which systems the agent has to be connected to.

We do not publish the internal structure of the price: it depends on the scenario and means nothing apart from it.

A Belgrade landline number

Where needed we rent out a Serbian landline number with the Belgrade code. The agent can also be connected to a number you already hold.

QUESTIONS

What people usually ask before a deployment

We answer only what we can substantiate. If your question is not here, ask it in the brief.

How does a voice agent differ from a voice menu?

A menu offers a list of options and waits for the caller to pick the one closest to their task. The agent listens to the task stated in the caller’s own words, grasps the intent and finds the right process itself. It then carries out the action within the same call and leaves a structured result.

How natural does the agent sound in Serbian?

The voice model speaks Serbian naturally, without a marked foreign accent. You can check this on the recordings in “Hear the agent at work” or on the test call — the Serbian there is the same as in production.

Which languages are supported?

The platform supports more than 37 languages. The agent can identify the caller’s language and switch between languages during the conversation.

Why does the test agent work in only three languages?

That is a deliberate limit on the demonstration, not on the platform. The demonstration scenario is prepared in Serbian, English and Russian so that four minutes are enough to check both the speech quality and the language switch.

What can actually be checked in four minutes?

The status of the order you built, moving the delivery date, cancelling the order, opening a return, reporting a fault and getting help with a device. Plus the language switch and whether the agent remembers which order was being discussed.

Why do you need the number I will call from?

The agent identifies the caller by the incoming number. Without it the call would not be linked to the order you built on the page and the conversation would lose its point.

What data does the agent receive during the test?

Only what you entered: your name, the number you call from, the address for the report and the test order you built. The agent knows nothing about you beyond that.

Can our CRM and existing telephony be connected?

Yes. The agent can work with a CRM, orders, a schedule, a knowledge base, telephony and internal systems. Which integrations are needed and how they are arranged is a matter for the brief.

Can we get a Belgrade landline number?

Where needed we rent out a Serbian landline number with the Belgrade code. The rental price is on request. The agent can also be connected to a number you already hold.

How are the test recording and transcript protected?

The result is sent only to an email address you verified with a code. The Privacy Policy explains data processing and deletion; you can request deletion at hello@vmtech.rs.

What does it cost to use?

From 7 RSD per minute of conversation. The final proposal depends on the scenario, the volume and the integrations required — for that, go to the project brief.

What happens after the test?

The address you confirmed receives a summary of the call, the transcript, the recording, a list of the orders that changed and the numbers of any requests created. A further call is no longer a free test — from there we discuss a deployment for your case.
